Purposes and data
The website kuznicaotchetov.ru presents accounting and advisory services. We process the name, telephone, email, selected service and message that you provide to answer an inquiry. Do not send accounting databases, passport documents, health information, passwords or other people's data through this general form. Documents needed for a contract are exchanged separately.
Legal grounds
Inquiry processing relies on separate voluntary consent expressed by independently selecting the checkbox and submitting the form, under Articles 6 and 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Necessary contract information may also be processed to conclude and perform a contract or meet statutory duties. Inquiry consent does not authorise advertising, publication or analytics.
Processing and providers
Initial recording and the website database are on a server in Russia. Inquiries are delivered to kuznicaotchetov@yandex.ru using Yandex email infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised workers and necessary infrastructure providers within the purpose and applicable law. Yandex Metrica and an embedded Yandex map load only after permission for the relevant category. They receive technical browser, device, IP and connection data. Metrica has Session Replay, click maps and form-content collection disabled and receives the site root URL instead of the page path. The form code does not send inquiry contents to these services.
Retention
Inquiry data is used until correspondence ends, no longer than one year after the last substantive contact unless another lawful basis applies. Contract and accounting records have separate statutory retention periods. Optional choices last until withdrawal, at most 180 days. Minimal evidence — receipt number, text revision, time, categories or purpose and a pseudonymous identifier — is kept for up to three years to demonstrate lawful processing. The evidence log contains no names, messages, IP addresses or User-Agents. Operational logs are limited to security needs; retention and deletion are managed by the operator and host.
Your rights
You may request processing information, correction, restriction, deletion, an end to unlawful processing and withdrawal of consent. Contact the operator below with sufficient information to link the request; do not send a passport unnecessarily. Information requests are answered within 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of at most 5 working days where law permits. On withdrawal, consent-based processing ends and data is destroyed within 30 days unless another lawful ground applies; statutory special periods remain applicable. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
Refusal and withdrawal
Withdraw by writing to the operator or use Privacy settings for optional services. Refusing analytics and maps does not prevent an inquiry with separate consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate completed lawful processing or processing needed on another legal basis. Rights and withdrawal requests: kuznicaotchetov@yandex.ru. A receipt number and date help locate the choice without excessive data.
