Inquiry processing consent
By independently ticking the separate checkbox and submitting the form, I freely consent to ООО «Кузница Отчетов» processing my name, telephone, email, selected service and message solely to consider my inquiry, clarify the task and respond. Data is limited to the fields I complete. Operations include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, access by authorised workers and necessary hosting and email providers, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated and non-automated means. Processing ends when communication is complete, at most one year after the last substantive contact unless another lawful basis applies. Publication, advertising and automatic analytics are not authorised. I may decline by not submitting and contact the operator by phone.
Processing and providers
Initial recording and the website database are on a server in Russia. Inquiries are delivered to kuznicaotchetov@yandex.ru using Yandex email infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised workers and necessary infrastructure providers within the purpose and applicable law. Yandex Metrica and an embedded Yandex map load only after permission for the relevant category. They receive technical browser, device, IP and connection data. Metrica has Session Replay, click maps and form-content collection disabled and receives the site root URL instead of the page path. The form code does not send inquiry contents to these services.
Refusal and withdrawal
Withdraw by writing to the operator or use Privacy settings for optional services. Refusing analytics and maps does not prevent an inquiry with separate consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate completed lawful processing or processing needed on another legal basis. Rights and withdrawal requests: kuznicaotchetov@yandex.ru. A receipt number and date help locate the choice without excessive data.
